What Cadence is

Cadence is a training, wellness and performance platform for sporting teams. It helps coaches plan training, athletes log wellness and testing data, and clubs keep their team organised in one place.

Accounts and eligibility

You need an account to use Cadence, and accounts are created or approved through your club. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. If an athlete is under 18, an account should be set up with the involvement of a parent, guardian or the club, and the club is responsible for having appropriate consent in place.

Acceptable use

• Use Cadence only for its intended purpose — managing training, wellness and performance for your team.
• Do not share your account, attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with the platform.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Respect the privacy of other people whose information you can see through the platform.

Your data

The information you and your athletes enter remains yours. We handle it as described in our Privacy Statement. We use it to run the service for your team and for nothing else.

Cadence is a tool for recording and monitoring information. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Wellness scores, readiness indicators and testing results are there to support decisions made by qualified people — they do not replace the judgement of a coach, physiotherapist or doctor. Always seek professional advice for injuries and health concerns.

Availability

We work to keep Cadence running reliably, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of faults. From time to time the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cadence is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or for decisions made on the basis of information held in it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Cadence at any time and ask for your account to be closed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is being used in a way that puts other users or the platform at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Cadence develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and make material changes clear.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
